The family and friends of Matthew Taylor established the Matthew Taylor Memorial Scholarship.
Matthew Taylor was a member of the Eden Prairie class of 2017 and had been a member of the Trap team since his Freshman year. He enjoyed competing and challenging himself to improve every year. He was very proud each time he shot a perfect 25. He enjoyed hunting on the family farm and vacationing around the United States. Matt loved computers and gaming, and was always surrounded by spare computer parts as he improved the processing of his system. He was interested in a career in computers, and had toured Dunwoody College of Technology as a possible choice for his education.
