Charlie Crocker – Director
Charlie Crocker graduated from Eden Prairie Schools in 2010 where he was well-known as the Eagle mascot for three years while at EPHS. He benefited from the countless opportunities in Eden Prairie and quickly recognized how lucky we were to have elite public schools. With a passion for equity within the community (and an appetite for politics, thanks to the EPHS social studies department), Charlie graduated from Boston University with a degree in Political Science. He spent eight years working in Washington, D.C. for The Raben Group, a progressive public policy firm, before returning to the Twin Cities in 2020. He currently resides in the North Loop working at Media Bridge Advertising.

She also works as an adjunct faculty member with St. Mary’s University and the College of St. Benedict/St. John’s University as a supervisor of student teachers. Deb received her MSW from the U of M, completed a fellowship in Adolescent Psychiatry at Harvard and was a practicing individual, marriage & family therapist for 30 years. Deb is delighted her grandchildren carry on the legacy of attending EP Schools. She remains an active volunteer in the community, including serving on the FEPS Board, where she has chaired Scholarships for nearly 20 years. Deb is passionate in her support of Eden Prairie Schools and seeks to equip, enable, and empower all learners, teachers, and staff within our district.

Suzie Sime – Director
Suzie Sime is happy to be joining the FEPS board! She was a teacher and drama advisor/director for 35 years at Eden Prairie High School. While working in the district she had the opportunity to see the good work FEPS has done and is doing to support the students and teachers. She has lived in Eden Prairie for three decades and her grand parents started Eden Prairie Golf now known as Bent Creek golf Course, so Eden Prairie is near and dear to her heart! She is excited to be able to give back!
