EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (November 2, 2023) – The Foundation for Eden Prairie Schools (FEPS) today announced a challenge to the Eden Prairie community to make a charitable contribution to FEPS by December 31, 2023, and in return, the volunteer Board of Directors and foundation staff will match the first $8,400 received.
According to Board Chair, Kristin Jonason, “Our board is proud to match the first $8,400 contributed toward our 2023 Annual Appeal campaign. By making a donation to FEPS early, you ensure your donation is doubled and helps us achieve our mission to enhance the legacy of excellence in Eden Prairie Schools.”
Dr. Lisa Sisinni, FEPS Executive Director added, “Last year, due to the Eden Prairie Community’s generosity, and in conjunction with our generous Corporate Mission Sponsors, FEPS awarded over $52,000 to Eden Prairie District Teachers and Staff to put to use in the classrooms, and to Community Partnership organizations who provide services and programs to Eden Prairie students. FEPS also awarded another $65,000 to Eden Prairie High School Seniors for Student Scholarships. Overall, these efforts sought to positively impact each and every Eden Prairie student today and into the future.”
