Nominations are open for the 2019 Foundation for Eden Prairie Schools Legacy Awards.
Any Eden Prairie colleague, administrator, student, parent, community member, or alumnus may make a nomination. Self-nominations or nominations from family members are not accepted. FEPS will be accepting nominations for:
*Student or Student Group of the Year
*School Volunteer of the Year
Use the links above to complete a nomination form. Please complete a form for each individual you wish to nominate, using the correct nomination form as the criteria are different for each category. The deadline for nominations is February 8th.
